In just a few easy steps, you'll be ready to use your Free Trial of ArchitTrek document management software.

After you request a Free Trial, you will receive a welcome e-mail containing your user name and password with instructions on how to log into ArchitTrek's system. Within just a couple of minutes, you'll be able to set up users, projects and groups. The first step is to access the Administration home page and follow the easy steps below: (Detail information is included in the Administrators Quick Start Guide found in the online user manual.)

• Company Information – Verify company information, edit (if needed) and even upload your company logo to personalize site
• Security Groups – Specify access levels for users; suggested general groups and guidelines are provided for initial setup
• User Companies – Enter companies that will have users on a project team
• Users – Create user records that include basic contact information, security group settings and company affiliation
• Project Phases (optional) – Define project phases for use within ArchitTrek system; suggested guidelines are provided for initial setup
• Projects Creation – Create projects & includes general information including project phases, employees and users that make up the initial project team.
